before yesterday I attended the Concert for Peace and Nonviolence in the Parque O'Higgins, organized by the NGO "World without wars" in frame World March for Peace, which ends tomorrow in Argentina. We arrived at 6 pm a yard full of people and we sat a while as thousands of people gathered to hear good music and celebrate the peace ... when we get a good spot later in the midst of the mass, thanked him for the "uncle" of the truck that we are refreshed and enjoy the concert. It was certainly remarkable Inti-Illimani, sun and rain was great, and pork in stone (we went after them.)
few things caught my attention, I first, I'm not constantly going to the big events, so these experiences always amaze me something ... Is this how we laughed as people cheered and all, and the "monster" of vines, threw a lit artists who do not like one more than singing recited with an Argentine accent and another song, romantic songs that nobody knew, although that is typical of these things in the concerts seemed to me a few shouts, unfortunately always leave, as the Argentine ##$$#$ (and the subject of the Falklands), which does not jump is Pinochet / Piñera, and another I do not remember ... as being a concert for peace "one has to settle a bit and enjoy without bringing to light issues vague and the only thing that shows is the popular ignorance. Other things that surprised me, as well as entire families were present at the concert, on the other side was no lack of "flaytes" as always the poor who came to alcohol and other drugs, it's okay to enjoy a "cervezita" (as they offered five hundred) ... but not wanting to see a clear vomiting or volaaaa state!
But leaving aside these details in a mass of more than 20000 people, I congratulate the organizers of the concert by the Chileans gather to celebrate and promote peace, because as their slogan says "PEACE IS COURAGEOUS" is very easy to hurt another to achieve an objective and very difficult to reach consensus or agreement of cooperation between people or countries, which must have the courage to not fall into violence.
