The lack of political will of those who govern us, to create spaces for dialogue between authorities and society, prevents the full exercise of our rights and not allow to define a clear course to promote actions that really be routed to the care and solving our problems.
This has led to anxiety, fear and uncertainty and has allowed a fertile ground for insecurity, violence and social disintegration.
In this situation, we require community organizing to create those opportunities for communication, integration and dialogue that will lead us to define our problem as a community, and to seek solutions that are not found in those who exercise government.
Therefore, in exercise of our constitutional rights, we call on our neighbors in the Magdalena Contreras, to the completion of Citizens First Congress as a forum for communication and dialogue between us, that openly manifest the problems we face and propose alternative solutions including our opinions, proposals and alternative solutions that are aimed at the development of our communities, strengthening our identity and the rescue of the quality of life that we have been denied.
For the realization of this congress will be installed where working groups discussed the following topics:
- Urban Development and Roads
- Citizen Participation, Transparency Government and Public Safety
- Megaprojects (Supervía West, Biometropolis)
- Environment
For the analysis of each of the items table with the intervention of a specialist in the field.
